Return Policy

Toromont Cat wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any UNUSED or UNWORN items within 30 days.  Please write on the outside of the package "BOUTIQUE RETURN" and indicate on the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item. All items must be returned with the original invoice, reason for the return and in the condition in which you received it. Sale and Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We will accept returns or exchanges on Footwear providing the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging. Any other reasons for return will only be considered if the product is deemed to be the result of a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase. For Warranty details please see the packaging on the product.

Sale and Clearance items are final sale.  There are no exchanges or refunds on Sale or Clearance items, unless the item shipped does not coincide with what was ordered by the customer.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the items you are returning during shipping. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by an insured courier.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping we will not refund return shipping charges. All refunds, including any refunds for shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by email.
